We survived our 2 days without power!!! Yay. We were home this morning packing for another couple days away from home when the power came back and let me tell you I practically peed myself with joy. We were staying at the executive inn downtown. I always assumed that was one of Evansville's nicer hotels and boy was I wrong. Deaconess got us the room since Will was working the last few days and every other hotel in the tristate was booked so there we stayed. I have to stay that Spencer did remarkably well being cooped up like that. He took several baths just for the pure joy for being in the water. For some reason he insisted that the water needed to be only cold water, he shivered the whole time but he was happy.
It took a lot for me to get over my germaphobia and let him get into this disgusting bath tub. Also note his toys: a sippy cup, a travel toothbrush holder and medicine syringe.
By day two we needed to get out so we took a walk around downtown Evansville. For the most part the sidewalks hadn't been scooped so Spencer was up to his knees in snow. What a trooper. 8 blocks in snow and ice.
Needless to say we are happy to be home. Spencer took a 3 and a half hour nap this afternoon. Grant and I slept most of that time too. it was great.

It's a GREAT workout for you...baby can be in stroller or carseat for the first half and then we use them for toning at the end. Ask her or just call the local YMCA 401-9622.
