Today was our 4 month Dr appointment. Grant is 15 pounds 1 ounce and 25 1/4 inches. Pretty ordinary according to the growth charts. We spent a lot of time talking about juice at the doctor's office today. I guess they (American society of pediatrics?) are taking a stand against juice and saying that you should wait as long as possible to introduce juice into a kid's diet. Have things changed that much since Spencer was a baby? I really had to say that I am on board with the whole no juice concept, to the point I am thinking about not stocking juice in our refrigerator anymore. Thoughts on a juice free household?
I found a digital camera for kids on clearance at Kohl's. I figured for 7.99 how could I go wrong? Spencer loves his new camera and now he doesn't have to play with my camera. He took the train pictures all by himself. I took the pictures of Grant and Spencer. This camera has super fast shutter speed but horrible resolution. Spencer to 82 pictures 15 were worth saving but who cares...it's all digital. If you would have told me 15 years ago the my two year old would have his own digital camera I would have laughed in your face but here we are. More of Spencer's photos to come.
Grant was baptized this morning then we came home for a sugar free Easter egg hunt. The kids were super excited to find money in their eggs instead of candy. Counting up the eggs...we should have counted before hiding the eggs too. There are probably still a few hiding.
I love sweater vests!!! Spencer says he loves Grant's hair.
My family came to town for Easter and we had a great weekend!!!
